How will this program benefit my center?
The program improves your center’s quality, efficiency, and reputation. You’ll gain access to expert-led training, quality improvement tools, peer collaboration, and a network of certified educators—helping you retain staff, attract families, and stay aligned with global standards.
Your center must be licensed, operational for at least one year, and cater to children aged 0-9 years. New centers or those awaiting licenses can contact us for more information.
The membership runs on a 12-month cycle, with ongoing support and engagement throughout the year.
Do we need to commit for 1 year?
Yes. The program is structured as an annual partnership to allow for meaningful participation, development, and results.
How often are the live sessions held?
Live sessions are held monthly and cover leadership, curriculum, and quality topics relevant to early childhood education.
What if I miss the live sessions?
If you miss a live session, recordings and materials will be available on our online platform for you to access at your convenience.
Who delivers the training programs?

Can my staff access the platform?
Yes. Each center can enroll multiple team members who will receive individual access to the platform and training.
Will we receive a certificate?
Yes. Participating centers receive a certificate of partnership. Staff enrolled in specific training programs may also earn certificates upon completion.
There are no hidden costs. All program fees and expenses are clearly outlined in the application process.
Are there any in-person events?
While the core program is delivered virtually, select in-person networking or recognition events may be offered regionally based on demand.
Can our center be recognized or featured?
Yes. High-performing centers may be featured in events, case studies, and communications—offering added visibility and recognition.
